Regardless of whether you want to meet in a small group or on a large scale – we offer the right conference package for a wide range of requirements. Attractive rooms, modern technology and our kitchen with the motto – rooted in Lower Saxony and yet cosmopolitan – ensure an “all-round carefree conference atmosphere”.

You are welcome to use our conference service for several days. We do everything to make your work stay as pleasant and effective as possible!

Conference package

• Provision of the seminar room
  including standard conference equipment / technology (writing pads, pens, 1 flipchart, 1 screen, 1 partition, 1 moderator case, WiFi, video projector)
• soft drinks during the session (s)
  (Soft drinks 0.2l / Bionade 0.33l / water 0.75l)

Building blocks to expand the conference flat rate

You are welcome to expand our conference flat rate with the following modules:

• Welcome coffee, € 2.52 per person (€ 3.00 gross)
• Provision of coffee / tea during the sessions, € 4.62 per person (€ 5.50 gross)
• additional vitality break, € 6.72 per person (€ 8.00 gross)
• additional lunch or dinner including mineral water per person € 16.81 (€ 20.00 gross) (2-course menu with main course and dessert). From 10 people, either menu or buffet)
• served soup with the menu, € 4.12 per person (€ 4.90 gross)
